Cheesy Eggs with Proscuitto & Caramelized Onions
Posted on August 6, 2009 | No CommentsUsed the Gordon Ramsay Sublime Scrambled Eggs Method to make the eggs, used some American and Cheddar Jack cheeses, cut up some quickly-drying-out Parma Proscuitto, added some caramelized onions and some fresh cut chive from the garden, seasoned to taste. Delicious!
