We had some fabulous Parma Proscuitto![]()
left over from a dinner party, and it was drying out, so I had to use it. Sautéed up some caramelized onions to go with the sharp cheddar cheese and put on a little mayo. The burger and brioche roll were leftover from a previous dinner.
