It’s called a crisp when it’s a crumbled topping on the fruit, and a cobbler when it’s biscuit-like dough plopped on top and baked. This Peach Ginger Crisp? It was out of this world!!! One of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. The second pic came out a little oversaturated, so I desaturated it as best I could to get the vanilla ice cream to be a better color. Warm Halogen lighting FTL!
