Kung Pao Chicken

Jen has tried a lot of chinese recipes in the past, with mixed results.  Recently, she got the Everyday Chinese Cooking Cookbook and it has changed her chinese cooking forever — the sauces are simple yet full of flavor, and everything we try comes out great. Even the kids love chinese night!  We’ve saved a lot of money by cooking our own chinese food at home, and we can make it healthier if we so choose.  A highly recommended dish in this highly recommended cookbook.

The recipe is on page 81: Diced Chicken with Chili Pepper (page 73 on Amazon LookInside) Jen fully jacked the recipe with peanuts, chicken stock and a bit of oyster sauce.
