We watched Tyler Florence (I think) do a show on flatbread pizza, and we both drooled. Jen’s version: clean out the fridge. Leftover lamb, sautéed red onions and oven roasted cherry tomatoes with fresh mozzarella on flatbread. It really was amazingly simple and tasty.
Saskia, our 4 year old daughter, made her own with two kinds of cheese and slivered almonds. Surprisingly, it was pretty darn good too!
